Tribune Names TMS Entertainment Division Heads
By Todd Spangler published
Tribune Media Services' Entertainment Products division, a supplier of TV listings and entertainment data, announced the appointments of Dan Kazan as CEO and John Kelleher as president and chief operating officer.
In June, Chicago-based Tribune Co. split TMS into two business units: the Entertainment Products division and a News & Features content-syndication division, which was integrated with Tribune Publishing's other content operations. As part of the restructuring, TMS president and CEO David Williams left the company.
Kazan, who will continue to serve as Tribune Co.'s senior vice president of investments, has overseen the Entertainment Products division since the TMS restructuring. Kelleher, previously vice president and general manager of entertainment information overseeing the division's core database business, takes over for senior vice president and COO Jay Fehnel, who has left the company after 19 years.
"Jay's leadership and dedication have been extremely important over the years," Kazan said in a statement. "We thank him for his efforts and wish him the very best."
