Time Warner Cable has reached a deal to offer German TV as an international premium service on its digital lineups.
The 24-hour network is a joint venture between German broadcasters ARD, ZDF and Deutsche Welle, and it offers the best of German public TV.
Under terms of the agreement, the MSO can also offer German TV as part of a two-channel premium package, along with Deutsche Welle’s DW-TV.
German TV already has affiliation agreements with Cablevision Systems Corp. and Adelphia Communications Corp.
