Time Warner Cable Revamps Ad Sales

Barely one week after his own appointment, Time Warner Cable president of ad
sales Robert Sherman named three executives Thursday as a restructured
ad-sales-management team for the MSO -- one that will explore its own version of
cross-media sales.

Larry Fischer, previously president of Time Warner CityCable, the ad-sales
division for Time Warner Cable's New York City Cable Group, has been named to
the new position of executive vice president of operations at Time Warner Cable.
As such, he will oversee the MSO's local ad sales and coordinate those efforts
with its national ad-sales team and with sales teams at other AOL Time Warner
Inc. media properties.

Thomas Coristine, formerly president of Niven-Coristine Entertainment, has
become executive vice president of partner marketing for Time Warner Cable,
focusing on national spot advertisers.

Larry Zipin, the MSO's vice president of ad sales for 10 years, takes on the
new post of vice president of advertising-sales strategic
planning.
