Telemundo executive Peter Blacker has made an offer to settle the Securities and Exchange Commission’s legal complaint against him for alleged illicit activity during his time as an executive at Starmedia, according to court documents.
SEC staff will recommend that the commission approve the settlement offer. If the offer is approved by the commission and accepted by the federal judge overseeing the case, then it “would resolve all claims against defendant Blacker in this case.”
A Telemundo spokesperson had no comment.
