TCM to Run Hepburn Marathon

In remembrance of the "First Lady of Cinema," Turner Classic Movies will run
a marathon of 11 films featuring the late Katharine Hepburn Thursday, July
10.

Hepburn is the only woman to hold four best-actress Oscar Awards to her
name.

During a career that spanned seven decades, she played in more than 50 films,
including famed social-mover Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner? (1967) and
classic The Philadelphia Story (1940).

TCM's tribute will feature those two films, along with other theatrical
legacies, such as The Lion in Winter (1968), Woman of the Year
(1942) and comedic staple Bringing Up Baby (1938).

Undercurrent (1946) will close the 24-hour homage to the screen
legend.
