Josephine Pamphile has been named president of the T. Howard Foundation.
Pamphile had been vice president of customer-service operations at ACS Government Solutions Group.
She replaces Curtis Symonds, who was named chief operating officer of the Women’s National Basketball Association’s Washington Mystics in September.
The T. Howard Foundation is a nonprofit organization aimed at increasing opportunities for women and minorities in the entertainment media, technology and distribution industries.
