Tele-Media Corp. of Delaware has promoted Tony S. Swain to president and director.
"We are very excited that Tony has agreed to lead Tele-Media as we go forward," chairman and CEO Robert E. Tudek said in a release. "Eventually, he will take my place as CEO. His appointment is effective immediately."
