SusCom, Synacor Strike Net-Content Deal

Susquehanna Communications has signed a deal with Synacor Inc. to bring
premium content to broadband Internet subscribers.

SusCom will package Synacor's content -- which includes fare from Walt Disney
Internet Group and FOXsports.com (http://foxsports.lycos.com/named/Index/Home)
-- with cable-modem service for $39.95 per month, starting in April.

Synacor's content includes Fox Sports video and online games, Disney's Blast
kids service, ABCNEWS.com (http://abcnews.go.com/) and ESPN Insider.

SusCom subscribers will also be able to order Hollywood movies through
CinemaNow (http://www.cinemanow.com/),
which has a distribution deal with Synacor, and access Experian Consumer Direct
credit reports.

"The Internet industry is evolving much like the cable-TV industry by
implementing a tiered approach to premium-content delivery along with
connectivity," said Ron Frankel, president and CEO of Synacor, in a prepared
statement.

Frankel formerly ran MGM Interactive.
