SkiTAM’s a Sellout

The 10th-anniversary edition of SkiTAM is officially sold out.

The annual fund-raising event, to be held April 7-10 in Vail, Colo., is run by the Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing's Rocky Mountain Chapter and benefits the U.S. Disabled Ski Team.

Thanks to Outdoor Life Network, this year’s guests will be able to hit the slopes with gold medalist Picabo Street; Olympians Pam Fletcher and Chad Fleisher; and gear expert Paul Hochman.

The event has raised more than $3 million for the USDST since its 1996 debut.

“We have experienced remarkable participation in this year's event, selling out in record time, and we are thrilled with the support and passion that the industry and its participants have shown the USDST athletes and SkiTAM overall,” Disney-ESPN Networks senior vice president of national accounts and SkiTAM co-chair Steve Raymond said in a prepared statement.
