Series' Third-Season Resurrection in June

Showtime will bring back Resurrection Blvd., its weekly Latino family
drama, for a third season this summer, but with about one-half the original
episodes as its first two years on the network.

The acclaimed series -- one of the few on national television to concentrate
on U.S. Latino life and to have a substantial Latino production team -- will
unveil the first of 13 new episodes in June. That compares with 22 first-run
segments in Resurrection's first season and 20 in the current cycle.

The information of the renewal was listed in a press kit Showtime distributed
at its semiannual media lunch in New York, featuring stars and production talent
from upcoming programs.

Showtime programming president Jerry Offsay did not mention
Resurrection's pickup during the events.

A Showtime spokeswoman said, 'We're experimenting with a variety of different
episode orders [for series].' She would not elaborate.
