SCTE Rocky Mountain To Host High-Power Tech Talk

The Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers has teed up a panel of industry technology experts and execs for a roundtable discussion set for November 4 at 6 p.m. MT at The Cable Center in Denver.

The free event (registration information is available here) will feature a discussion on current industry events and drill down on specific topics such as network capacity, competition and the customer experience.

The roundtable, to be moderated by Leslie Ellis, the owner of Ellis Edits and a regular contributor to Multichannel News, will feature the following panelists:

-Steve White, president of Comcast’s West Division;

-Wayne Davis, vice president of field operations, Charter Communications;

-Ralph Brown, chief technology officer, CableLabs;

-Tom Cloonan, chief technology officer, network solutions, Arris; and

-Daniel Howard, senior vice president, engineering & CTO, SCTE

The executive roundtable, titled 2015 and Beyond, will be followed by a cocktail reception.
