Hugh Brydges has joined the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers as director, advanced-network-technologies program development.
Brydges had been vice president, sales and marketing at NetOne International.
At the SCTE, he will be responsible for researching cable-telecommunications technology and writing and reviewing technical content for professional-development programs.
