The board of directors of the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers approved the roster for the trade group’s nominations committee.
The team charged with determining the slate of candidates for the 2005 SCTE board elections: Wendell Woody, Wendell D. Woody & Associates, chairman; Larry Stiffelman, CommScope Inc., vice chairman; Wayne H. Davis, Charter Communications Inc.; Rex Porter, Rex Porter Consulting; James P. Ludington, Time Warner Inc.; and Cathy Wilson, Broadband Library.
The board election begins in January, and elected candidates will take office June 14 in San Antonio at the SCTE’s Cable-Tec Expo and Annual Engineering Conference.
