Safety First for GFC, LeCates

General Fiber Communications Inc. named Scott LeCates vice president of safety.

LeCates had been VP of operations for GFC’s government-services division.

In his new role, he will establish practices and performance monitoring to ensure the safety of GFC’s 900 field technicians throughout the United States.
