Former NBC Cable president Tom Rogers has joined the board of Teleglobe International Holdings Ltd.
Hamilton, Bermuda-based Teleglobe is a provider of international voice, data, Internet and mobile-roaming services.
Rogers is currently heading TRget Media LLC, a media-industry investment and consulting firm.
