Herndon, Va.-Road Runner and Rampt are teaming up to let the former's subscribers search for broadband-enabled audio, video and multimedia content both on the Road Runner service and the greater Internet.
Road Runner subscribers will be able to browse directories of rich-media categories including audio, animation, film, video, gaming, 3-D worlds, music, Web radio, shopping, extreme sports, interactive experiences and emerging formats.
The two companies will also launch a sponsorship program allowing advertisers to create rich-media marketing messages that will be integrated into pertinent content areas of the search service.
