Diana Reardon has been promoted to senior vice president and chief financial officer at Amphenol Corp.
Reardon had been VP, controller and treasurer.
Current CFO Edward Jepsen will remain with the vendor of electronic and fiber optic connectors, cable and interconnect systems on a project basis to assist with the transition, and he is expected to join the company’s board of directors.
Reardon has been with Amphenol for 16 years.
