RBC Capital Markets completed its acquisition of Daniels & Associates.
Daniels -- which will operate under the brand name RBC Daniels -- is a mergers-and-acquisitions advisor to the cable, telecommunications, broadcast and Internet-services industries.
Daniels CEO Brian Deevy and president and chief operating officer Brad Busse will remain in their posts at RBC Daniels.
