TV One will launch the third season premiere of R&B Divas Atlanta via Video on Demand two days prior to the series' linear premiere. The episode will be available on VOD beginning Monday, April 21, and the network will air the show Wednesday, April 23 at 10 p.m. (ET).
The reality series has been a success for TV One in previous seasons, earning the network its highest-rated telecasts. The series debut set a ratings record for the network, earning 900,000 viewers.
For the show’s third season, former Destiny’s Child member LaTavia Roberson and former 702 lead singer Kameelah join returning cast members Syleena Johnson, KeKe Wyatt, Angie Stone and Monifah Carter.
“The R&B Divas franchise has sustained heated buzz and anticipation among our viewers and we are delighted to offer the Atlanta third series premiere early, via the VOD service. With the addition of new cast members and episodes filled with drama, conflict, resolutions, musical performances and a wedding, we anticipate the third season will more than deliver on viewer expectations,” Maureen Guthman, SVP of program strategy and acquisitions, said in a release.
