San Francisco -- Rainbow Media Holdings LLC, a Cablevision Systems Corp. programming unit, said Helen Karas has been promoted to senior vice president, Eastern sales, reporting to Arlene Manos, president of national ad sales for AMC and WE: Women’s Entertainment.
And Steve Luttinger has been hired as VP of pricing and planning, reporting to Manos. He comes from NBC.
