Lifetime Entertainment Services announced Thursday that it has promoted Carla
Princi to the newly created position of senior vice president, publicity.
She had been VP, publicity, since February 2000.
In her new position, Princi will oversee the national print, television,
radio and online consumer publicity campaigns for Lifetime's original
entertainment productions.
She will also supervise publicity for Lifetime Original Movies, along with
specials and reality programming.
Prior to joining Lifetime, she was director, advertising, publicity and
promotion at Walt Disney Television from 1994-2000. Previously, she served as a
senior publicist with CBS Television from 1991-1994.
Before joining CBS, Princi held a variety of publicity positions with Warner
Bros. Television, Fox Broadcasting Co. and Columbia Pictures
Television.
