The Erotic Networks parent New Frontier Media Inc. settled all litigation
with its largest individual shareholder and former director Edward Bonn, who had
sued the company last year.
Terms of the settlement weren't disclosed.
Last summer, Bonn alleged that New Frontier management "recklessly spent
shareholder cash to preserve themselves in office."
