Discovery has named Jane Latman as general manager of Travel Channel. She will remain as executive VP, development and research of Investigation Discovery and American Heroes Channel and as GM of Destination America.

TENNIS CHANNEL
Irv Schulman
has joined Tennis Channel as New York-based senior vice president, national sales manager. Before joining Tennis Channel, Schulman spent 21 years at Disney/ABC Television Group, most recently as senior VP, sales and marketing.

FREMANTLEMEDIA
Kevin Blanchette
has joined Fremantle- Media North America as senior vice president, marketing and communications. He had been head of Hulu Originals Marketing, overseeing launches such as Casual, The Looming Tower and The Handmaid’s Tale.

THINKANALYTICS
Rob Sowers
has joined ThinkAnalytics in Los Angeles as senior vice president of sales. He was VP of sales at Digitalsmiths, leading its tier-1 video service provider sales strategy from the company’s inception until its acquisition by TiVo.

MGM
Ted Lim
has been named senior vice president of strategic planning and corporate development for studio Metro-Goldwyn- Mayer. Lim was most recently senior VP, strategy and business development at Participant Media.

VIACOM
Paula Kaplan
has rejoined Viacom as executive vice president of talent and development for Viacom Digital Studios. Kaplan was most recently chief talent officer and head of live content at Awesomeness TV.

Bryan Weiner has been named CEO of measurement firm COMSCORE. He comes from ad agency 360i, where he was chief executive. Also, comScore executive vice chairman and president Bill Livek will transition to a new role as vice chairman and special adviser.

Matt Bell was named executive vice president and chief technology officer at service provider WIDEOPENWEST. Bell has previously held exec roles at Charter Communications, Motorola Mobility, Sarepta Advisors and Teambell Consulting.

TENNIS CHANNEL also added Marisusan Trout as vice president, based in Los Angeles, and Christina Tesauro as account executive, based in New York. 

VIACOM has also elevated Nina Diaz to president, programming and development for MTV, VH1 and Logo. Diaz had been executive VP of unscripted programming and development for MTV and VH1.
