Kelly Campbell
has joined Santa Monica, Calif., based over-the-top service Hulu as chief marketing officer, responsible for Hulu’s overall marketing strategy across its SVOD and live TV services. She had been managing director of global growth marketing for Google Cloud.

Maureen Taran
was elevated to vice president of talent at truTV, based in New York. She joined the network in 2015 as executive in charge of talent after serving as VP, management and production at New Wave Entertainment.
