Endemol Shine North America unit Authentic Entertainment has named Jeffrey L. Weaver as executive vice president, production and content, and Paul Halperin as executive vice president, business and finance.
Also, Nneka Enurah was named vice president, multiplatform and partnerships at Authentic; and Deb Jackson was named vice president, production.
Dish Network has named Brian Norris vice president of Dish Media Sales, responsible for ad sales, analytics and operations for the satellite-TV service and Sling TV. He had led national ad sales for the company.

Amy Listerman was named chief financial officer and executive vice president of finance and accounting at Fox News Channel. She comes from Scripps Networks Interactive, where she was senior VP, CFO of advertising and head of advertising data sales strategy.
Indian Land, S.C.-based INSP has added Jonathan Collins as vice president, digital distribution. He most recently worked at Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer in Los Angeles, where he was executive director, global distribution.
Tom Soper was named senior vice president, national ad sales, at Music Choice in New York. He formerly led the music programmer’s affiliate sales team.
Kerry Brockhage was upped to executive vice president and chief counsel at NBC Universal Content Distribution, serving as distribution legal counsel for the company’s network portfolio across multiple platforms. She had been senior VP, chief counsel.
Download-to-go management systems and software firm Penthera has elevated Josh Pressnell to chief technology officer.

Pilgrim Media Group in North Hollywood, Calif., promoted three executives: Leigh Purinton to executive vice president, production; Rebecka Biejo to vice president, deputy general counsel; and Christian Navarrete to director, eSports and gaming.
Also, Sarba Das has joined Pilgrim as vice president, documentaries; and Adam Mansfield was hired as senior director, development.
Adam Taylor has been named chairman of the board of the Production Music Association. He is president of APL Music and had been vice chairman of the trade group.

Matt Hong was elevated to chief operating officer at Turner Sports. He had been executive VP and GM of the division and general manager of NBA Digital.
