Patrick Vien and Edward Sabin were named executive managing directors of A+E Networks’ international division. Vien joins the programmer from Pulse Films; Sabin had been managing director for the Americas and head of commercial operations.

AT&T

AT&T Mobility has tapped Michael Wittrock as president of its Southeast Region, based in Atlanta. He had been senior VP of care at AT&T Entertainment Group, responsible for leading the consolidated Tier 1 and 2 customer-care functions for video, voice and Internet services.

BRAVO MEDIA

Rachel Smith was named senior vice president, development, at Bravo Media, based in New York and tasked with overseeing the network’s nonscripted development. She had been senior VP, current production.

CABLECLIX

Winchester, Va.-based virtual cable firm CableClix has named Cauri Jaye as chief product officer. Jaye is the founder of rhubarb studios, an innovation lab and venture builder.

CHARTER

Charter Communications has named Suzanne Curtis group vice president, law, regulatory — video and broadband. She had been group VP, legal, operations.

Also, Nicole Paolini-Subramanya has joined Charter as group vice president, law, programming. She comes from CBS Corp., where she was VP, senior counsel and served as chief attorney on the retransmission-consent deal team.

DIALOGTECH

Chicago-based call attribution provider DialogTech has named Doug Kofold as chief operating officer. He comes from marketing and advertising firm Publicis Groupe, where he was president, global solutions.

GREY

Debby Reiner was elevated to CEO at advertising agency Grey New York. She had been president, Grey/Global P&G, overseeing the portfolio of brands of the agency’s largest client.

MTV

Kevin Vitale has joined MTV in New York as senior vice president of brand creative and operations. He comes from IFC, where he was senior VP of brand marketing.

NAMIC

The National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications has added six directors to its board: Ann Carlsen, CEO, Carlsen Resources; Jerold Lambert, group VP, legal affairs, Mediacom Communications; Bill Lee, VP, sales professional services, Arris; Joiava Philpott, VP, regulatory affairs, Cox Communications; Pragash Pillai, executive VP, operations, Optimum Region, Altice USA; and Dane Snowden, chief of staff, NCTA: The Internet & Television Association.

NIELSEN

Nancy Ramsey Phillips has joined Nielsen as chief human resources officer. She had been executive VP and chief human resources officer at Broadcom.

TEGNA

Sunny Uberoi has been tapped as vice president and chief communications officer at Tegna. He comes from Pfizer Consumer Healthcare and Agenus, where he was global head of communications.

Daniel J. DeWitt was named senior vice president of human resources at Telephone and Data Systems in Chicago. He comes from Shields Meneley Partners, where he was an executive psychologist.

UNIVISION

Shari Post has joined Univision Communications as vice president of sales, with duties including linear-TV sales for El Rey Network and Fusion and based in the company’s New York office. She formerly held sales roles at NBCUniversal.
