Nickelodeon has upped Dion Vlachos to executive vice president of retail sales marketing and publishing. He joined the programmer in 2013 as senior VP, retail sales and marketing.

Telemundo has tapped Lia Silkworth as senior vice president of insights and consumer development, tasked with developing and leading the programming and consumer research departments for the Telemundo network, NBC Universo and Telemundo’s digital properties.
