Madeleine Forrer has joined Tulsa, Okla.-based Auction Network as general manager. She comes from the National Rural Telecommunications Cooperative (NRTC), where she had been vice president of video services.
CROWN MEDIA
Erin McIlvain has been named executive vice president of content distribution and strategy at Crown Media Family Networks, parent of Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movies & Mysteries and based in Denver. She comes from Charter Communications, where she was VP, broadcast relations and programming.
Also, Andy Rooke’s duties were expanded to operations & chief financial officer, assuming a broader role in the management of the company’s relationship with Hallmark Cards and its subsidiaries.
Finally, Casey Gould was promoted to vice president, advertising and digital sales at Crown Media, from director, advertising sales.

Los Angeles-based producer and cable-network programmer Entertainment Studios has added Jon Kelley as host and producer. He comes from the syndicated entertainment newsmagazine Extra, where he was a host and correspondent.
EPIX
Jonathan Dakss has been named chief digital officer at premium cable network Epix, based in New York. He comes from NBCUniversal, where he was vice president of media labs, the company’s technology innovation incubation unit.
ESPN
ESPN has elevated several executives on its programming and production team: Stephanie Druley to senior vice president, event and studio production; Rob King to senior vice president, SportsCenter and News; Burke Magnus to executive vice president, programming and scheduling; Connor Schell to senior vice president, ESPN Films and Original Content; and Norby Williamson to executive vice president, production. The moves follow the departure of executive vice president, programming and production John Wildhack to become athletic director at Syracuse University.

Brad Swanson has been named president of the Florida Cable Telecommunications Association. He is the former executive director of the Florida Transportation Commission.

Simon Pollock has joined Heidrick & Struggles in London as EMEA head of practice, media and entertainment. He had been a partner at a boutique search firm specializing in the media, communications and entertainment businesses.
HULU
Richard Irving has joined over-the-top streaming service Hulu as vice president of project management, based in Seattle. He comes from Microsoft, also in Seattle, where he was the Partner Group program manager for Xbox One.
SPT
Lauren Moffat was elevated to senior vice president, comedy development, at Sony Pictures Television in Culver City, Calif. She had been director, comedy development.
Also, Jordan Feiner advanced to senior vice president, scripted programming. He had been VP, current programming.
UP
Cable network UP has elevated Terry Holmstrom to senior vice president, client solutions, responsible for the Client Solutions department for the and Magic Johnson-owned Aspire. She had been VP, ad sales marketing and promotions.
Also, Heather Symmes advanced to vice president, content distribution & marketing, at UP and Aspire. She had been senior director content distribution and marketing for UP, Aspire and UP Faith & Family.
