Marc DeBevoise was named president and chief operating officer of CBS Interactive, based in San Francisco. He had been executive VP and GM of CBSI’s CBS Digital Media unit, where he led the CBS Television Network’s digital businesses.

CHYRONHEGO

A.J. Steffenberg has joined ChyronHego in Mellville, N.Y., as vice president of worldwide customer support. He comes from Avid Technology, where he led the company’s direct and indirect global training organization.

CMT

Rory Levine has joined CMT in Nashville, Tenn., as vice president of consumer marketing. He comes from BBC America, where he was marketing director.

Also, Tessa Jordan was named vice president of program planning at CMT. She was director, Nickelodeon Brand & Content Management, for Viacom International.

Also, CMT elevated Heather Delaney Graffagnino to vice president, production management, and Quinn Brown to vice president, production.

CSG SYSTEMS

Christine Mellon has joined CSG Systems in Englewood, Colo., as chief human resources officer. She comes from Oracle, where she was VP of human capital management transformation.

ENTERTAINMENT STUDIOS

David Blaine has joined Entertainment Studios Networks as New York-based account executive for cable advertising sales, responsible for the company’s seven cable networks. He had held several different ad-sales roles at Comcast/NBCUniversal.

INNOVID

New York-based video marketing platform Innovid has named John Piccone as chief growth officer. He comes from Simulmedia, where he was chief strategy officer.

JACKAL GROUP

Hend Bagdhady was named senior vice president of production and alternative programming at The Jackal Group. She comes from ADHD Studios, where she was executive producer and executive in charge of production.

MCTV

Massillon, Ohio-based MCTV has elevated Katherine Gessner to sales and marketing director. She had been the MSO’s sales and marketing manager.

PIKSEL

Clive Malcher has joined Piksel as vice president of market development, responsible for leading the company’s EMEA team and growing its business with broadcast, telecom and cable firms in the region. He comes from U.K. commercial TV network Channel 5, where he was head of technology and operations.

TURNER

Michael Harwayne has joined Turner Broadcasting System as vice president, strategy, based in New York and tasked with working with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives. He comes from Time Inc., where he was VP, corporate strategy and development.

2OTH CENTURY FOX

David Smyth was elevated to senior vice president and managing director, Europe, at Twentieth Century Fox Television Distribution, based in London. He had been VP, sales.

STARZ

Jeffrey Hirsch was named chief operating officer of Starz, based in Beverly Hills, Calif. The former Time Warner Cable executive was elevated from president, global marketing and product development.

Also, David Weil was elevated to chief legal officer at the company. He was executive VP, general counsel.

VH1

Paul Ricci has joined VH1 as senior vice president, head of alternative programming and development, with oversight of comedy, studio-based and topical series. He comes from Viacom sister network MTV, where he was senior VP, development.
