Turner Broadcasting System’s TBS and TNT divisions have tapped Michael Bloom as senior vice president, unscripted series and specials. He comes from IMG, where he was senior VP of the agency’s Original Content group.

TV One has elevated Rahsan-Rahsan Lindsay to executive vice president, ad sales and marketing. The New York-based Lindsay will lead the network’s ad-sales team across all regions.

Viacom has elevated Bryson Gordon to executive vive president, data strategy, adding oversight of Viacom’s Marketing and Partner Insights Group to his duties.

Sandra Szahun has joined The Weather Channel as vice president of ad sales marketing, based in the network’s New York office. She comes from shoppable video form Joyus.com, where she was head of sales and branded content.

Copenhagen, Denmark and Los Angeles-based over-the-top solut ions provider Xstream has tapped Greg Siefkin as vice president, North America. He comes from Clearleap/IBM, where he was director of sales.
