CTHRA

Cheryl Middleton Jones has been named to the board of the Cable and Telecommuncations Human Resources Association (CTHRA). She is the senior VP, international human resources for Scripps Networks Interactive.

FOOD NETWORK

Deirdre O’Hearn was named senior vice president of programming and development at Food Network. O’Hearn joined Food in 2014 from WE tv, where she was VP, development and talent.

LIFETIME

Mioshi Hill has joined Lifetime in Los Angeles as vice president, nonfiction programming. She comes from Hudsun Media in Los Angeles, where she was senior VP, creative affairs, responsible for developing all cross-platform creative, production and business development.

METROLOGICAL

Wouter van Boesschoten has joined Rotterdam, Netherlands-based Metrological as vice president of technology and innovation, heading technology development and lead technical support for key customers in North America. He comes from SeaChange International, where he was responsible for solutions architecture.

Also, Michael Pohl has joined Metrological as an adviser focused on business-development activities in North and South America. The 30-year cable veteran is the former board chairman of BlackArrow and BigBand Networks.

MOCA

Charlie Cerino was named president of the Multimedia over Coax Alliance (MOCA) on a full-time, paid basis. He had been MOCA’s part-time president and a Comcast board representative, having retired from Comcast as VP, Comcast Center Technology in 2013.

MSG

The Madison Square Garden Co. has named Colin Ingram as executive vice president of MSG Productions. He was founder and CEL of London-based theater producer and general manager Colin Ingram Ltd.

IZOTOPE

Cambridge, Mass.-based iZotope has added John Bigay as chief marketing officer. He had most recently served as a digital marketing consultant developing strategy and executing programs for business-to-business and business-to-consumer brands.

TURNER

Turner Broadcasting System has added Amit Chaturvedi as senior vice president of revenue operations and platforms. He comes from Taykey, a provider of trend-based audience solutions for marketers, where he was chief operating officer.

TRUTV

Marisa Ronca was upped to executive vice president, head of programming, at truTV. She had been senior VP of development and original programming.

Also, Puja Vohra advanced to executive vice president, marketing and digital. She had been senior VP, marketing and digital.

UP

Hector Campos has joined Atlanta- based UP as vice president, programming, responsible for long- and short-term program planning and ongoing acquisition needs analysis. He comes from CMT, where he was VP of programming and acquisitions.

UTSTARCOM

Telecommunications infrastructure provider UTStarcom in Hong Kong has upped Zaochen Huang to chief operating officer. He had been VP, global operations at UTStarcom and GM of UTStarcom India.
