Cathy Lewis Edgerton has joined Estrella TV as senior vice president of distribution and affiliate sales. She comes from Viacom Media Networks.

INSP has elevated Robert I. Brace to chief financial officer of the Indian Land, S.C.-based cable-TV network. He had been corporate controller.

OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network has promoted Kate Mitchell to senior vice president, ad sales. She had been VP.

NIELSEN

New York-based ratings agency Nielsen has named Anne-Taylor Adams as senior vice president, global communications. She most recently serveed as head of marketing and communications for Nielsen Latin America.

OVATION

Santa Monica, Calif.-based arts network Ovation has named John Malkin as executive vice president of content distribution. He comes from NFL Network in Los Angeles, where he was VP, affiliate distribution, responsible for the NFL Network and RedZone channels.

SHOWTIME

Showtime Networks has advanced Gary Levine to president programming, responsible for developing and overseeing the network’s original programming. He had been executive VP, original programming.

TURNER

Turner Broadcasting System has elevated Jeff Gregor to chief catalyst officer, TBS and TNT, a newly created post. He had been executive VP and chief marketing officer of the networks.

Also, Michael Engleman was named vice president of entertainment marketing and brand innovation at TBS and TNT. He comes from NBCUniversal’s Syfy and Chiller, where he was executive VP, marketing, digital and global brand strategy.
