John Childress has joined the National Cable Television Cooperative in Lenexa, Kan., as vice president of product strategy and management, a new post. He comes from co-op member WideOpenWest, where he worked in product development and residential service management roles.
Video publishing, analytics and monetization firm Ooyala has named Scott Braley as general manager of programmatic advertising. He was senior VP of demand at OpenX.
