CNN International Commercial has appointed Rob Bradley to the newly created role of head of digital advertising sales and data. In the new role, Bradley will oversee the optimization of CNN International’s audience, the international rollout of the company’s programmatic strategy and the implementation of more advanced data-led strategies including the integration of social media.


Lisa Barroso has been upped to senior vice president of distribution at Crown Media Family Networks, based in Chicago. She had been VP, distribution.


James Rollins was promoted to vice president of digital video distribution for The Walt Disney Co. and ESPN Media Networks. In his new role, Rollins is responsible for identifying and cultivating new product opportunities, as well as driving the distribution of digital products and services with the company’s affiliates. He will be based in New York.


Hawaiian Telecom has named Dan Bessey chief Financial officer. He joins the company from California-based bio-tech firm Cesca Therapeutics.

The company also named Meredith Ching, senior vice president of government and community relations of Alexander & Baldwin Inc., as the eighth member of its board of directors, effective May 1. Ching has been a member of A&B’s executive management team since 2007.


Tuwisha Rogers has joined One Solution, the cross-platform marketing and sales division of TV One co-owner Radio One Inc., as vice president of brand leadership. She had been owner of consultancy Wish Factor Consulting.


PeakView Solutions has named George Corpuz director of business intelligence. In the new role, Corpuzwill be working on new application development and implementation. He will report to PeakView CEO MannyMiera.


Hal Rosenberg was promoted to executive vice president content distribution and affiliate marketing at UP TV. Rosenberg had been senior vice president of affiliate sales since joining UP in June 2013. In his new role, Rosenbergwill add program sales, distribution of UP’s SVOD gMovies service and development of the network’s strategy for alternative distribution, including OTT to his responsibilities.


WGN America has named Tim Russell to the newly created position of vice president of brand partnerships. In his new role, Russell will lead new business development with a focus on leveraging WGN America’s slate of programming to create revenue-generating opportunities. He will be based in New York.

The company also promoted David Diederich to vice president of ad sales and brand partnerships for the Western Region. Diederich’s new responsibilities will include developing marketing partnerships as clients align their brands with WGN America’s content.
