INTRAWAY CORP.

Javier Jiménez was named senior vice president for the United States, Canada and Europe for Intraway Corp. In his new role, he will serve the company in the administration of Intraway’s operations in the North American and European regions. Jimenez has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, as well as in the defense industry, where he began his career as an electrical engineer.

KESHET INTERNATIONAL

Keshet International has named Lucy Roberts sales manager Central and Eastern Europe. Roberts, who had been the BBC’s worldwide sales executive, will be responsible for format and finished tape sales in the region. She has eight years of TV distribution experience with the BBC and ITV Global Entertainment.

OMNIGON

Digital consulting firm Omnigon has named David Nugent chief commercial officer. Nugent had been the company’s senior vice president of business development. In his new role, he will focus on Omnigon’s global expansion, as well as continuing to oversee the marketing, communications, sales and client services teams.

SIM PARTNERS

SIM Partners, a provider of local and social marketing automation technology, has appointed Jason Holmes to its board of directors. Holmes is currently chief customer officer at Marketo. He has also served as an executive at Adobe Systems, Omniture, Oracle and Hyperion Solutions.

TOP IMAGE SYSTEMS

Michael Schrader was named CEO at content management and business process management solutions provider Top Image Systems. Lyron Bentovim, the company’s current chief financial officer will become chief operating officer, Schrader’s previous role. Schrader has been with TIS since 1999.

TRANSAUDIO GROUP

Zach Winterfield was named Southern California rep for studio recording equipment distributor Trans Audio Group. Winterfeld will represent all of TransAudio Group’s professional lines, including ATC monitors, Bettermaker, Bock, Drawmer, and Tube-Tech.

TVB

Brian Allers was named vice president, local division at broadcast television trade group TVB. Allers previously has held sales positions at Meredith Corp. and E.W. Scripps Co.-owned local TV stations.

VIMN

Michelle Alberty was named senior vice president of production management and executive-in-charge of production at Viacom International Media Networks The Americas. Alberty will oversee all the production management and financial planning aspects across VIMN’s multimedia portfolio — MTV, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, VH1, Paramount Channel — including original productions, customizations and live events. Alberty is based in Miami.
