Marcela Tabares was promoted to senior vice president, revenue research, at A+E Networks, part of the establishment of the A+E Research & Analytics Team, a new integrated division at the programmer.

Also as part of the restructuring, Tom Pellegrino was upped to senior vice president, brand research, A+E Networks; Lee Boykoff advanced to vice president, digital analytics and CRM; and Julya Fridman was named vice president, multiplatform & distribution analytics.

ARSENALFX

Santa Monica, Calif.-based TV post-production house ArsenalFX Color has added Randy Starnes as colorist. He had served in the same role at Sony Pictures Studios’ Colorworks Division.

BACK9NETWORK

Brian Kalinowski has joined Hartford, Conn.- based golf lifestyle multiplatform media network Back9Network as executive vice president, digital media. He comes from LiveClips in Stamford, Conn., where he served as chief operating officer until the firm’s sale to DirecTV earlier this year. CARTOON NETWORK Christina Miller was named president and general manager of Cartoon Network, Adult Swim and Boomerang, as well as digital brand extensions CartoonNetwork.com and AdultSwim.com. She had been general manager of NBA Digit a l and senior VP of Turner Sports Strategy/Marketing/Programming.

COX

Leigh Woisard was elevated to senior vice president of corporate communications and public affairs at Cox Communications.

Also, George Richter advanced to senior vice president of supply-chain management at the MSO.

Additionally, Cox promoted Mallard Holliday to vice president, corporate communciations and public aff airs; Allen Roberts to vice president, Cox Business operations; Linda King to vice president, supply-chain operations, planning and logistics; and Bill Mangen to vice president, strategic sourcing and procurement.

Joseph LoGrasso has been named vice president of sales at DigitalGlue. He comes from Miranda Technologies, where he was director of strategic accounts.

NBCUNIVERSAL

Lauren Skowronski advanced to vice president of corporate communications at NBCUniversal. She had been VP, media relations at MSNBC.

SCRIPPS NETWORKS

Scripps Networks has named John Feld vice president, programming and production for its HGTV and DIY Networks properties. He has managed the development of such series as Living Alaska, Building Alaska and West End Salvage.

UNIVERSAL SPORTS

Mike Severino was named vice president of distribution at Universal Sports Network. He comes from Fearnet, where he was vice president, affiliate sales for the Sony/Lionsgate/C FELD Scripps Networks omcast joint venture.
