Melissa Wasserman was upped to senior vice president of client solutions and integrated marketing at AMC. She had been VP, ad sales marketing.

ARTEL

Kevin Ancelin has joined Artel Video Systems as vice president, sales and business development, based in Jacksonville, Fla. He comes from Adtec Digital, which he cofounded and where he served as president from 2003 to 2010.

CARTOON NETWORK

Vishnu Athreya was named vice president, program scheduling at Cartoon Network and Boomerang. He comes from Turner Broadcasting System’s Asia-Pacific kids’ channels in Hong Kong, where he was executive director of programming, acquisitions and development.

ENTERTAINMENT ONE

Los Angeles-based Entertainment One has added David Shaye as vice president, development, U.S. Alternative Programming. He comes from Evolution Media, where he was VP, development and co-executive producer on E’s Botched and ABC Family’s Beverly Hills Nannies.

Also, Gerard Bocaccio was tapped as senior vice president, U.S. scripted development at Entertainment One. He most recently served as a consultant to Blumhouse Productions and the Discovery Channel.

SUDDENLINK

Amy Atkins was upped to St. Louis-based vice president, talent and organizational development at Suddenlnk Communications. She comes from Suddenlink’s Lake Havasu City, Ariz., call center, where she was director of customer care.

TURNERMolly Batt in advanced to chief media and business insights officer at Turner Broadcasting System, as part of a company restructiring. She had been overseeing Turner Media Group since 2009.

Also, Robert Shimmel was upped to chief research officer at Turner. He had been senior vice president, Ad Sales & Sports Research for TBS.

TVB

TVB has named Hadassa Gerber senior vice president and chief research officer. She comes from the Syndicated Network Television Association, where she was director of resarch and systems.
