Fox News tapped Jeff Collins as vice president of advertising sales, responsible for Fox News Channel, Fox Business Network and Fox News Digital. He comes from Viant, where he oversaw revenue for units including including Vindico, Myspace and Xumo.

FreeWheel has tapped Utpal Kalita as chief technology officer and vice president, engineering of Blockgraph, an industry initiative designed to create a secure way to share and use data. He was chief technology officer at Eyeview Digital.

Jessica Hogue has joined connected IInnovid as general manager, management and analytics. She comes from Nielsen, where she was senior vice president of the digital client solutions team.

Rakuten Viki, a streaming platform focused on Asian entertainment, upped Makoto Yasuda to chief operating officer. He had been Rakuten Viki’s senior VP, revenue.

Kevin Brockman has joined WarnerMedia Entertainment as executive vice president of global communications. He was executive VP of global communications for Disney/ABC Television.
