Kristin Frank has been named president of AdPredictive, a software firm that provides marketers with transparency and control over media strategies. She had been chief operating officer of Viacom’s MTV unit.
COMCAST SPOTLIGHT
Dawn Lee has joined Comcast Spotlight as Southeast region vice president, responsible for ad sales in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina. She was senior VP, head of U.S. advertising sales at Vice Media.
DISNEY
Joe Earley has been named executive VP, marketing & operations, for Disney+, the company’s planned streaming service. Most recently president of studio The Jackal Group, he is a former Fox executive.
FREEWHEEL
Sarah Foss has joined Comcast’s FreeWheel unit as senior vice president, strategic initiatives at FreeWheel Advertisers. She comes from Imagine Communications, where she was general manager, ad tech.
JUKIN MEDIA
Jukin Media has added Craig Parks as general manager, brands. He comes from Comcast’s Watchable, where he had been head of programming, responsible for overall content and audience strategy.
SWITCH MEDIA
Switch Media has named Mark Wilson as general manager of the Americas, basd in Denver. He had been chief operating officer and head of product at the Sydney, Australia-based company.
