Patel Upped at Radiant

Radiant Communications has promoted Sandeep Patel to technical-support manager.

Patel had been technical-support specialist.

In his new role at the fiber-optic-product manufacturer, he will evaluate product enhancements, oversee all product testing, spearhead customer technical support and maintain local-area networks.
