Optical Entertainment Network announced at the 2006 FTTH Conference & Expo Monday that its 400-channel Fision IPTV service will be available to fiber-to-the-home service providers throughout the United States.
Under OEN’s Sales Agent Program, it will maintain ownership of subscribers and provide customer support for sales, programming and technical calls.
“By becoming a sales agent for our Fision IPTV service, FTTH communities across the country can now add our Fision-branded IPTV video services to their voice and data package,” OEN chief marketing officer Albert J. Estrada said in a prepared statement.
“OEN's Sales Agent Program is a perfect fit for municipalities, independent network owners, public utilities, competitive communications-service providers, rural telecommunications providers and real estate developers across the United States,” he added.
Fision passes 1.6 million homes in Houston.
