Nick Progeny to Host New Show

Former Nickelodeon All That cast member Nick Cannon will star in his
own show for the kids-targeted network beginning in September.

The Nick Cannon Show will showcase the 20-year-old's comedic talents
through skits involving 'real-life' situations, such as a family dinner or a
high-school cafeteria.

The 30-minute show will also feature a number of guests stars, including
comedian/actor Eddie Murphy, The Sopranos star Joe Pantoliano,
comedian/actor Chris Tucker and musical performers Aaliyah, Master P and Lil'
Romeo.

In other Nick news, the network renewed several series including its
long-running All That show, as well as freshmen shows As Told by
Ginger
, The Fairly OddParents, Invader ZIM, Pelswick,
Taina and Maggie and the Ferocious Beast.
