Chicago -- Landmark Communications Inc. president Decker Anstrom, the former National Cable & Telecommunications Association president and former Weather Channel chief, will soon be announced as
the honoree at the Sept. 17 fund-raising dinner for the Walter Kaitz Foundation in New York.
The foundation -- which awards grants and has other programs designed to
promote ethnic diversity among the cable industry's work force and executive
ranks -- honored Comcast Corp. CEO Brian Roberts last year.
The dinner is the foundation's principal revenue source.
This year's will be the foundation's 20th annual
dinner.
