New York—Time Warner Inc.last week mapped out its financial management structure once its merger withAmerica Online Inc.is completed, pending regulatory approval, later this year.

The AOL-Time Warner finance unit will be headed up by J. Michael Kelly, currently AOL's chief financial officer. Joining him will be John LaBarca, senior vice president financial operations; Frederick Yeager, senior vice president, finance; and James Barge, vice president and controller. LaBarca and Barge currently hold those posts at Time Warner. Yeager is presently vice president, finance and development at Time Warner.

Rounding out the finance team will be Warren Christie, vice president, tax; Landel Hobbs, vice president, financial analysis and operations support; Melinda Mount, vice president, finance and acquisitions; and Raymond Murphy, vice president, treasurer.

Christie currently holds the same position at Time Warner. Hobbs is senior vice president, controller and chief accounting officer at Turner Broadcasting System Inc. and Mount is vice president, corporate strategy and development at Time Warner. Murphy is senior vice president and treasurer at AOL.
