Jon Moore has joined Video Internet Broadcasting Corp. (VIB TV) as chief technical officer.
Moore had been principal engineer with the Grant County (Wash.) Public Utility District.
In his new post, he will direct the integration of VIB TV’s “HomeNet” triple-play services with municipally owned fiber networks around the country.
