NDS Group announced Tuesday that it completed its acquisition of Jungo Software Technologies, a developer of software for broadband residential gateways, which NDS announced Dec. 4.
NDS paid $90.5 million in cash for the Israel-based technology startup, which has 140 employees. In addition, under the terms of the deal, NDS will pay $17 million contingent on Jungo reaching certain fiscal targets in the next 12 months.
