Washington-The National Cable Television Association complained to the Federal Communications Commission last Friday over the decision by the National Association of Broadcasters to seek regulatory conditions on America Online Inc.'s merger with Time Warner Inc.
The NCTA called the step "piling on" and a "drive-by" attempt to gain digital must-carry rules from the FCC.
