Following the conclusion of The Barclays tournament, which was won by Hunter Mahan on Sunday, the FedExCup Playoffs will continue with three more events to round out the PGA Tour season. NBC Sports Group will provide more than 100 hours of coverage — including live programming on Golf Channel and NBC — for the remaining events.
Coverage begins on Friday, August 29 with the Deutsche Bank Championship in Boston. The BMW Championship takes place from September 4-7 at Colorado's Cherry Hills Country Club and the Coca-Cola-sponsored Tour Championship in Atlanta's East Lake Golf Club will run September 11-14.
Golf Channel will televise the first two rounds, and daily news show Golf Central will move production to Denver and Atlanta for the final two legs of the tour. NBC will broadcast the final tournament. Additional content will also be made available via Golf Channels TV Everywhere platform Golf Life Extra.
The championship has a $10 million purse that will be awarded to one of 30 golfers who qualify for the competition.
