Mr. T, Randall Boost TV Land

TV Land copped 'Best of Show' at the annual PROMAX-BDA conference in Los
Angeles for a promotional spot featuring a rap by the unlikely duo of Mr. T and
Tony Randall.

Broadcasters and cable networks compete in separate categories, but the
quirky TV Land spot was judged the best of them all.

Turner Classic Movies mined gold and silver at the annual awards, bestowed
Friday night, including nods for its '31 Days of Oscar' annual campaign and
awards for its Web site.

National Geographic Channel was also a multiple winner for its marketing
materials and promotions.

The cable awards were spread generously across the industry, from heavyweight
Home Box Office and its Six Feet Under campaign to newly launched G4 for
its launch materials.

Cartoon Network, Comedy Central, The History Channel, Home & Garden
Television, USA Networks Inc., The Movie Channel, Courtroom Television Network,
Sci Fi Channel, Showtime, Nickelodeon and Fox Sports Networks were among the
multiple winners.

Awards were also won by Texas Cable News, Los Angeles' Adlink advertising
interconnect and interactive Intertainer Inc., as well as international branches
of Discovery Networks U.S. and Disney Channel.
