The proposed OpenTV Corp.-ACTV Inc. merger was once again delayed, as the
companies blew a deadline to mail proxy statements to shareholders by Feb.
14.
The Liberty Media Corp.-backed interactive-TV firms, which announced merger
plans Sept. 26, said they now expect to merge during the second quarter.
They extended the date by which either party can kill the deal to June
30.
